Todd has over a quarter century of retail experience including roles in financial audit, merchandising, marketing, and sales working at Ernst & Young, Best Buy and Resultati. He attributes much of the firm’s success to the relentless pursuit of results on behalf of his clients and customers; leveraging the retail know how and creating a team with shared values around them. “I think one of the advantages of Resultati is building upon our experiences our team has. As former merchants, who have sat in those chairs, we understand the pressures and requirements that a merchant is looking for in a brand. Mike Eull

With over 15 years of retail sales leadership, Mike believes that brands should have a voice, the sales process should balance urgency with strategic thinking and empathy, and no one should be above hard work. He loves his family, dogs, music, travel, reading, and spending time in the Northwoods of Minnesota.

Lauren Stevens

Lauren graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Retail Merchandising. She now has 5+ years of working with vendors and retailers, and prioritizes building relationships with partners. Outside of work she enjoys traveling to new places, skiing during the winter months, and dancing!

Jaclyn Hentges

Jaclyn has years of retail experience, having worked directly for major retailers and as well as in various vendor sales roles. She enjoys working collaboratively with partners and helping to create strategic solutions for success. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family outdoors (as long as it’s warm!).

Lisa Ganzer

With years of experience in marketing, branding, and project management, Lisa brings a strong background in customer service and public relations to her role as an Account Coordinator. She supports vendor and retailer partnerships through clear communication and a collaborative approach. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, staying active, and focusing on personal growth.

Matt Haugh

Matt brings over 20 years of experience in the retail industry, with leadership roles in merchandising, marketing, and sales. At Best Buy, he helped build several multimillion-dollar businesses and formed strategic vendor partnerships. Today, he supports both emerging and established brands with go-to-market strategy, retail channel management, and sales execution. Matt has built strong relationships with over 30 major retailers across the U.S. and Canada and is also a founding board member and partner in several high-growth companies.

Shawn Miller

With over 20 years of experience in national account management, Shawn has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strategic retail programs. As an Owner/Sales Executive, he’s led key accounts, exceeded sales goals, and delivered product training nationwide. Outside of work, Shawn enjoys fly fishing, snowboarding, and spending time with his wife and three children in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
